Pricing questions
How much does an AI sprite sheet cost?
A character costs 2 credits and each animation 5, so one character with one animation is 7 credits: about 16¢ on the Pro plan or 23¢ with the Small pack. Extra animations of the same character cost only the 5 credits each.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free start instead: every new account gets 7 credits once, enough for one character and one animation, with no card needed. The sprite sheet maker, GIF converter and sprite sheet cutter are free with no sign-up.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits are added at the start of each monthly period and reset at the next renewal; they are used before your pack credits, so packs you bought stay put.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Manage plan in Settings → Billing (the Waffo customer portal). The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and is not renewed.
What happens if a generation fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically, including when a safety check stops the result.
Can I use the sprites in a commercial game?
Yes. Sprites you make from your own characters or descriptions are yours to use in commercial projects, on any plan or pack, as set out in the terms.
Can I have a plan and buy packs too?
Yes. A pack adds credits on top of your plan; the plan’s credits are spent first.
