These terms apply when you use aispritesheetgenerator.com ("AI Sprite Sheet Generator", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@aispritesheetgenerator.com.

What this site is

An independent tool that turns one character image or description into animated 2D sprite sheets for games, plus free browser tools for making, converting and cutting sprite sheets. It is not affiliated with any game engine or the AI model providers it uses.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for consenting to online services where you live) to create an account.

What you upload and content rules

Everything you upload, describe or create must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, only use characters and images you made or have the right to use, and nothing sexual, hateful, or showing real people without their permission. Inputs and results are checked automatically. We may block or delete content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that misuse the service. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you make.

Your sprites

You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload.
As between you and us, you own the characters and sprite sheets you generate, to the extent the law allows. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including in games you sell.
AI can produce similar results for different people, so a sprite isn't guaranteed to be unique, and AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your inputs and results only to run the service for you.

AI models and output

Models we use. Characters are drawn with OpenAI's GPT Image model and animated with ByteDance's Seedance video model, both accessed through EvoLink, an AI model API provider. Inputs and results are checked by SeeAPI, a content moderation service. We may switch to other models of similar quality; this page will say so.
AI-generated content. Results vary and may contain mistakes, such as a frame that drifts from the character or a pose that doesn't read well. Preview before you download. Providers' safety filters may refuse a generation; when that happens, your credits are returned.

Credits, plans and payments

Characters and animations are paid for with credits. The credits each step uses are shown before you start it. New accounts get free credits once, as stated on the site.
Credits and plans are sold by Waffo.com Limited as merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices.
Credits from one-time packs don't expire. Plan credits are added at the start of each monthly billing period and are used before pack credits; any plan credits left at the end of the period expire and are not carried over (see the pricing page). Credits can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.
If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Refunds: see the Refund Policy. Your rights under consumer protection law are not affected.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on this site, or a sprite made with it, infringes your copyright, email support@aispritesheetgenerator.com with the subject "Copyright notice", including: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the material is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
