Refund Policy
How refunds work for AI Sprite Sheet Generator credits and plans.
Purchases are sold by Waffo.com Limited, our merchant of record, which processes payment and refunds.
Failed generations
If a character or animation fails to generate, or our safety checks stop the result, the credits for that step go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
Credit packs and plans
- Credit packs are final once bought, including unused credits, because AI generation costs us money as soon as you use them.
- You can cancel a monthly plan any time through Manage plan in Settings → Billing (the Waffo customer portal). It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and isn't renewed after that. Plan credits left at the end of a period expire.
- If a plan payment is refunded, the unused credits from that period are removed.
- If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a purchase didn't add credits, email support@aispritesheetgenerator.com with your order ID and we'll fix it or refund it.
Your rights under consumer protection law where you live are not affected.
